Function Rooms
We have five function rooms available which can accommodate any size
party from 10 to 150 guests.

- seats up to 118 - also has private bar facilities

- seats up to 60 (Combined with the Hickory Room seats 150)

- seats up to 60 - open hearth broiling & private bar (available
Monday Evenings)
Food and Beverage
Menus are provided as suggestions, we would be pleased to create other
items to fit your special needs. Due to local laws, all alcoholic
beverages must be supplied and served by Ken's Steak House personnel.
Private parties requesting a bartender will be charged an additional
$85.00
Entertainment and Decorations
We can provide the equipment and services that help make your function a
complete success. Items such as special linens, dance floor, private bar
or speaker podium are available upon request. If you have any special
items in mind, please feel free to consult with us and we will do our
best to accommodate your needs. Assistance is available for personalized
decorations.
Payment
An advance deposit, applied to your final bill, will be required 5 to 7
days from time of booking. Parties for under 30 guests ($50.00 deposit)
30 or more guests ($100.00 deposit). Full payment is required the day of
the function. Prices on menus due not include applicable 18% service
charge and 5% Massachusetts Meal Tax.
Guarantees
In arranging for your function an attendance total must be given by
noon, 48 hours in advance. This number will be considered a guarantee,
not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. We will
charge for the guarantee or actual number served, whichever is greater.
We are prepared to serve up to 5% over the final guarantee, up to a
maximum of 10 guests. If no guarantee is received in this office by the
deadline, we will consider the highest number of guests indicated as
expected on the order as the guarantee.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to the event. Prior to 30
days 50% will be refunded on notice of cancellation. In the event of a
declared weather emergency all deposits or pre-payments will be applied
to another event to be scheduled within 90 days from the original date.
Liability
Ken's assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any
merchandise or article left here prior, during, or following your
function. We reserve the right to control all private functions. Patrons
agree to be responsible to reimburse Ken's for any damage done by the
sponsor of the function or their guests.
